FAMILY DETAILS – Mr. Kalim Madari (Father of Baby Karima) works on daily wages as a salesperson in a footwear shop. His monthy income is hardly Rs. 10,000/- and his wife Mrs. Zakiya is a home-maker. He is the only earning member in the family and has a 7 member family for livelihood. As his financial condition is not good enough managing his daughter’s treatment cost is impossible for him.

Total Estimated Cost is Rs 5,00,000/-

PATIENT DETAILS – Baby Karima is a 4 Year Old Girl Child suffering from Congenital Heart Disease. She is admitted in Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital at Andheri under the care of Dr. Smruti Ranjan Mohanty. She needs to undergo corrective surgery / Intervention for the same.

As the amount is huge enough the baby’s family is struggling financially and had spent a lot of money for her treatment. Due to the financial crisis they are unable to pay for her treatment. So, we request you to please come forward to save his daughter’s life as she is in emergency medical need.
