With your care and generous support, the premature twin baby girls of Pooja Kiran Ugale—born at just 31 weeks with extremely low birth weight of 730 g—have fought through a life-threatening start and emerged stronger.
Both babies were battling Severe Hyaline Membrane Disease, respiratory distress, and probable sepsis, requiring NICU care, ventilator support, and prolonged treatment. Their tiny lungs struggled, their bodies were fragile, and every hour was a battle to keep them alive.
Today, because of timely medical intervention and your kindness, these two little fighters are breathing on their own, tolerating feeds well, and showing steady signs of recovery. The fear and uncertainty that once surrounded their incubators have now transformed into relief and hope.
