St. Josephâs Leprosy Patients Society, located in Kalasapakkam, Tamil Nadu, has been supporting children affected by leprosy and children with intellectual disabilities for several years. Many of these children have been abandoned or come from extremely poor families of daily wage farmers who struggle to survive.
Children at St. Josephâs Society face challenges such as hearing impairment, intellectual disability, and physical deformities. Your support ensures these vulnerable children continue receiving therapy, education, and emotional support.
Due to lack of funds, essential items like notebooks, school materials, and therapy equipment are unaffordable. Without help, many students risk losing access to education and basic developmental support.
The centre provides daily tea, biscuits, and snacks to keep the children healthy. But rising costs have made it difficult to continue providing even this basic nutritional support.
“When you educate a child of a single mother, you uplift two livesâthe childâs and the motherâs.”
We will share recent updates and progress of this campaign here. Stay tuned for the latest developments and success stories.
