Baby Riyan Desale is bravely fighting for his life after being diagnosed with a severe medical condition that can only be cured through a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT). This life-saving procedure is urgently required to give him a chance at survival.
Doctors have confirmed that BMT is the only treatment that can save Riyan and help him recover fully. However, the estimated cost of this procedure runs into several lakhs an amount far beyond the reach of his humble family.

Together, their income is nowhere close to what is needed to afford this treatment. Despite giving their best, the financial burden is overwhelming, and time is quickly running out.

Update 2
Baby Riyan is courageously fighting for his life after being diagnosed with a serious medical condition that can only be treated through a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT).
According to today’s blood reports (27 December 2025), his health parameters remain a matter of concern. His WBC count is 30, hemoglobin level is 8.6, and his platelet count is critically low at 14,000. Due to the low hemoglobin and platelet levels, the doctors immediately advised a blood transfusion, and 180 ml of blood was transfused today.
Baby Riyan continues to remain hospitalized under close medical supervision. His condition is delicate, and the medical team is carefully monitoring his response to the transfusion while planning the next steps of treatment based on upcoming blood reports.

Current Blood Test Status:
WBC: 570
AMC: 182

Update 5 January 2026
We are happy to share that Baby Riyan has been shifted from the NICU to a normal isolation ward (non-general) on 2nd January 2026, as his condition is currently stable.
As advised by the medical team, he will continue to receive immunosuppressive and supportive medications. Regular blood investigations will be conducted to closely monitor his blood counts, infection markers, and liver and kidney functions.
Baby Riyan remains under close medical supervision and follow-up. The next update will be shared after the doctors’ review and further assessment.
Update 8 January 2026
After being shifted to the isolation ward, Baby Riyan has been experiencing fever for the past 5–6 days, which doctors have explained is a common side effect following bone marrow transplant surgery. To closely assess his condition, doctors have advised multiple investigations, including blood tests, urine tests, and other necessary examinations. The test reports are expected within 3–4 days.
Update 14 January 2026
Update of Baby Riyan Desale (Bone Marrow Transplant): Baby
Riyan Desale is being shifted to the NICU ward today, 12
January 2026, as his fever has crossed 39°C and has now
increased further to 40.3°C. Due to this high and persistent
fever, the doctors have decided to transfer him to the NICU
for close monitoring, timely investigations, and immediate
medical management to prevent any complications. He will
remain under continuous observation so that his condition,
vitals, and response to treatment can be tracked carefully,
and necessary supportive care can be provided without delay.
Update 16 January 26
As per the scrotum Doppler ultrasound dated 14 January 2026, both of Baby Riyan’s testes are normal. However, the scan revealed swelling of the scrotal wall along with bilateral epididymitis, which indicates inflammation and infection around the private area. No hydrocele or varicocele was detected, which is a positive sign. The ultrasound was conducted to closely assess the cause of swelling and infection. Doctors have informed us that the swelling is gradually reducing, showing improvement with treatment. While blood test results are within normal limits, the urine test results remain abnormal, indicating the need for continued medication. Based on these findings, the medical team has revised and increased the dosage of medicines to support faster and complete recovery. Baby Riyan continues to remain under close medical observation, and the doctors are monitoring his condition carefully to ensure steady progress.
Baby Riyan is battling a life-threatening condition that requires an urgent Bone Marrow Transplant. The cost is far beyond his parents’ capacity, and they are pleading for help.
With a combined family income of only ₹27,000 per month, Riyan’s parents are unable to afford the high treatment expenses. Your contribution, big or small, directly helps fund his life-saving.
