Baby of Mrs. Tanisha Rushikesh Bhalerao (Twin Two) is a 16-day-old premature baby girl who is bravely fighting for survival after being born extremely early. With a birth weight of just 1.2 kg, she is suffering from extreme prematurity, very low birth weight, hyaline membrane disease, and neonatal sepsis.
She is currently admitted to the NICU at Nimai’s Borneo Mother & Child Care Hospital, Nashik, where she requires continuous life-saving medical management, respiratory support, and round-the-clock monitoring. Doctors have advised an extended NICU stay of approximately 25 days to stabilize her condition and give her a fighting chance at life.
Family Background
The baby comes from a financially distressed family. Her father, Mr. Rushikesh Bhalerao, works in a curtain shop and earns around ₹12,000 per month, which is the family’s only source of income. Her mother, Mrs. Tanisha Bhalerao, is a homemaker and takes care of the children.
The family has already faced unimaginable trauma, as Twin One passed away after 14 days of life, despite all medical efforts. This heartbreaking loss has left the parents emotionally shattered and financially exhausted. With limited income and mounting hospital bills, arranging funds for the survival of their remaining baby has become impossible without external help.
