PATIENT DETAILS

Twin Baby One – Weight at birth: 1.24 kg, diagnosed with prematurity, neonatal sepsis, and Hyaline Membrane Disease (HMD). Requires ventilator support, NICU care, antibiotics, antifungal treatment, and specialized nutrition. Estimated treatment cost: ₹4,15,400.

Twin Baby Two – Weight at birth: 720 grams (ELBW), diagnosed with prematurity, Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS), and Hyaline Membrane Disease (HMD). Requires non-invasive mechanical ventilation, NICU care, life-saving medications, and specialized nutrition. Estimated treatment cost: ₹5,85,000.

MEDICAL RECOMMENDATION & COST
The combined estimated medical expense is over ₹10,00,000, which is beyond the family’s financial capacity. Every passing day in the NICU is critical, and uninterrupted treatment is their only chance at survival.
