From a Fragile Beginning to a Life Saved

Baby of Mrs. Megha Rajeshwar Sose was born into a critical situation. Arriving prematurely at just 29 weeks and 1 day, and weighing only 830 grams, she faced a difficult start to life. From the moment she was born, she required immediate admission to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Nimai’s Borneo Mother and Child Care Hospital, Nashik.

During the early days of her life, the baby battled several serious medical complications including Extremely Low Birth Weight (ELBW), Severe Candidal Sepsis, Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS), and feeding intolerance. Her fragile condition required constant monitoring, respiratory support, specialized nutrition, and intensive medical care from the dedicated neonatal team led by Dr. Kedar Malwatkar.
