Twin Baby Girls, only 1 month old, are fighting for their lives at NIMAI’s Borneo Hospital, Nashik. Born prematurely, both babies are suffering from Severe Hyaline Membrane Disease and are clinically positive for sepsis. Their tiny lungs are too weak to function on their own, and both are currently on mechanical ventilator support under intensive NICU care.
What should have been a time filled with joy and celebration has become a heartbreaking struggle. Their parents watch helplessly as both babies battle for every breath, surrounded by machines and tubes in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Family Background
The twins’ father, Mr. Kiran Ugale, is a small farmer with an annual income of barely ₹40,000, while their mother, Mrs. Pooja Ugale, is a homemaker. With no savings or additional source of income, the family is finding it impossible to meet the escalating hospital bills. Their entire hope now rests on kind-hearted people like you.
