Donations are non-returnable.

Since donations are made voluntarily to support our charitable causes, Nanhi Pari Foundation does not accept returns on any contribution made via the website or otherwise.

Please double-check all details before confirming your donation.

Refund Policy

At Nanhi Pari Foundation, we strive to process every transaction accurately. However, if you believe that an error has occurred in making a donation, we are happy to consider refund requests under the following conditions:

1. Valid Reasons for Refund

Duplicate donation due to technical error.

Incorrect amount debited.

Unauthorized transaction (with valid proof).

2. Refund Process

Email your refund request to info@nanhiparifoundation.org within 7 days of the donation.

Mention your full name, donation amount, date, and transaction reference number.

3. Refund Mode

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, after verification.

❌  Cancellation Policy

1. Donation Cancellation

Once a donation is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled, as funds are immediately allocated to medical or educational needs.

2. Exceptional Cases

In rare circumstances where a donation was made mistakenly or without authorization, we request you to email us at info@nanhiparifoundation.org immediately.
