FAMILY DETAIL: Mr. Shoeb Momin (Father of triplets) is working as a salesman in a bakery with a salary approx. Rs 13,000/- per month. His wife Mrs. Munera Momin is a home-maker. Mrs. Munera delivered premature triplet babies out of which 1 expired and 2 babies are admitted in hospital in critical situation. Due to low income managing the medical treatment cost is impossible for him as the treatment cost is huge.

PATIENT DETAIL: Triplet Babies Of Mrs. Munera Momin are just 15 Days Old babies and admitted to Nowrosjee Wadia Maternity Hospital under the care of Dr. Shanbhag Praful. The babies are a case of Extreme Premature Delivery with low birth weight. They need NICU Care due to the preterm delivery and low birth weight. They have already lost 1 baby and wants to save their other 2 babies who are struggling to survive with all their possible efforts We humbly request you to please come forward with a helping hand and save these innocent lives. The baby’s family is struggling financially and had spent a lot of money for their treatment. Now they are unable to pay for their treatment. So, we request you to please save their new-born babies as they are in an emergency medical need.
