FAMILY DETAILS – Mr. Abdul Khalid Mansuri (Father of Baby Tamanna) is working as a helper as a daily wage laborer with a salary of Rs. 300 per day. His wife Mrs. Ameerunisa Mansuri is a home-maker. They are a lower-middle class family. He is the sole earning member in the house with a family of 4 for daily livelihood to manage. Their economic condition is not sound & managing her daughter’s treatment cost is impossible.

PATIENT DETAILS –Baby Tamanna Mansuri is a 5 Years Old Girl Child admitted in Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children in Parel for her heart ailment. The baby is diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease and under the care of Dr. Jayashree Mishra. She requires ASD Device Closure which is planned before 26th May, 2022.

As the treatment amount is huge and time involved is less the baby’s family is struggling badly to arrange finance for her treatment. They have already spent a lot and exhausted all the savings now they are unable to pay. So, we humbly requests you to please save his daughter’s life as she is in urgent need.
