FAMILY DETAILS: Mrs.Pattoeswari (Mother of Baby Yuvedha). Baby Yuvedha’s father is expired there is no support for her mother in financial terms. The monthly income of the family has been stopped. Their economic condition does not sound good & managing her daughter’s treatment cost is impossible.

The total Estimated Cost for her treatment is Rs:- 4,00,000

PATIENT DETAILS – Baby Yuvedha – 15 Years Old Female Child admitted in PSG Hospital, Coimbatore.
Yuvedha is suffering from very severe congenital heart disease – Tetrology of Fallot’s. Her oxygen saturation level is very low. She needs urgent open-heart surgery. She is receiving medication and treatment at PSG Hospital but not yet admitted.
Her Mother has already spent 2 lacs in previous treatment by taking loans and some funds from the saving, They have spent a lot of money on the treatment of the child and exhausted all their resources. Now they are unable to pay for the treatment. We request you please save their daughter’s life as she is in urgent need.

We request our donors and supporters to come forward and support this Fifteen Yrs old Nanhi Pari Baby Yuvedha This Baby is a case of Congenital Heart Disease (Tetrology of Fallot’s). The patient requires Open Heart Surgery Tentatively by next week. She is presently under care for her Treatment under Dr. Vinoth Doraiswami “PSG HOSPITAL, COIMBATORE”
