FAMILY DETAILS – Mr. Naveen( Father of Baby Naveen). Her Father is from a tribal community they don’t have a fixed source of income financial condition is not so good they can only afford 30k for the surgery, Her mother Jyoti is a housewife they belong to a very poor village.

PATIENT DETAILS – Baby Pavitra 10 months old female child, suffering from deadly heart disease is going to be admitted to CARE HOSPITAL, HYDERABAD.
We request you to support Nanhi Pari Baby Pavitra, a child diagnosed to have CHD, Large Malaliligned PM VSD, Severe PAH ( Congenital Heart Defect)
They have spent a lot of money on the treatment of the child and exhausted all their resources. Now they are unable to pay for the treatment. We request you please save his daughter’s life as she is in urgent need.
