FAMILY DETAILS – Mrs. Jayshree Shinde (Mother of Baby Gayatri Shinde). Her father is a farmer and earns 8 to 10k per month. Her Mother Jayshree is a housewife, They don’t have a fixed source of income they cannot afford the cost of treatment of the baby.

PATIENT DETAILS – Baby Gayatri Shinde is a 17 years old girl child, Who met with an accident on 24th Feb 2020, Due to which she had a severe head injury and underwent Cranioplasty surgery, Her forehead bone was cracked and was replaced on 26th January 2021. Currently, is her treatment is going on in Universal Hospital Pune, She will be admitted for Brain Cell Damage Surgery, She will need intraocular, Perineural, Autologosbone marrow transplantation, Medical Management.
