FAMILY DETAILS – Mr. Ashok Mandal (Father of Baby Gauri) is a daily wage labourer working in construction. His per day wage is Rs 400/- and has a family of 5 members to feed. Their economic condition is not sound & corona pandemic worsened the status. Managing his daughter’s treatment cost is impossible.

PATIENT DETAILS – Baby – Gauri Mandal 1 Year Old Female Child is going to admitted at Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital, Parel for her heart ailment. The baby requires Open Heart Surgery.
In this noble deed we humbly requests you to please come forward and help this 1 year old Baby Gauri Mandal. The Baby is a case of Congenital Heart Disease and requires Open Heart Surgery.
They had spent a lot of money for the treatment of the child. Now they are unable to pay the treatment of the child. So, we requests you to please save his daughter’s life as she is in emergency need.

Currently baby has been admitted in the Isolated Ward of Wadia Hospital for blood tests and Covid Test
