My name is Reshma Sonavane and I am raising funds for my daugher, who is suffering from Congenital Heart Defect called TOF, PS and is undergoing treatment at Fortis Hospital, Mulund. The family has done all it can to collect the total amount required for the treatment but Rs.2,50,000 more is required to pay for all the medical expenses.

She needs urgent Surgery called ICR TOF.

We are really glad to inform you that Daughter of Mrs. Reshma’s heart surgery has been successfully done.

She has shifted to ICU for her recovery.

She will be discharged from the hospital in 4 to 5 days.

Parents are still short of Rs. 30,300/- from the total estimated amount so we humbly request you to kindly come forward and contribute the maximum possible from your end.
