I hope this message finds you in good health. My name is Reshma Shaikh, and I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a plea for help. My little girl, the treasure of my family, is fighting for her life. She is only nine years old, and yet he has already faced more pain and hardship than any child should ever have to bear. My beloved daughter has been diagnosed with Large Secundum ASD, a congenital heart condition. Currently, she is undergoing crucial medical treatment at Fortis Hospital, Mulund under the care of Dr. Shyamadeep Borgohain.

My daughter’s treatment is at a critical juncture, and we cannot afford to delay any further. The medical team at Fortis Hospital has suggested ASD surgical closure for her, but the financial burden has become overwhelming for our family.

We are, humbly seeking your support to raise the estimated cost Rs. 1,85,000 to cover the necessary medical procedures, medications, and hospital expenses.
