Dear Supporter,

Daughter of Mrs. Rajashree Tengale, a 2-year-old girl, is suffering from a Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD), which is a hole in the heart. This common congenital heart problem is present at birth and occurs in the wall that separates the heart’s lower chambers. Surgery is required to close the hole between the lower heart chambers using a patch or stitches. The patient will undergo the operation at Vishwaraj Hospital in Pune.

My name is Rajashree Tengale and I am raising funds for my daughter, who is suffering from Ventricular septal defect (VSD) and is undergoing treatment at Vishwaraj Hospital, Pune. The family has done all it can to collect the total amount required for the treatment but Rs.2,50,000 more is required to pay for all the medical expenses.

This is to inform you that Daughter of Mrs. Rajashree will be admitted to the hospital on Wednesday 29 January 2025.

Her heart surgery will be performed on 31 January 2025 depending on her health condition.
