Hi,
My name is Navera Ramzan and I am raising funds for my daughter, who is suffering from Congenital Heart Defect called VSD, PS and is undergoing treatment Fortis Hospital, Mulund, Mumbai. Needs Heart Surgery called ICR TOF.
My Daughter’s father is working in a power loom, and earns a modest income. However, the cost of our daughter’s medical treatment far exceeds their financial means. As a result, we are unable to afford the necessary surgical intervention to address our daughter’s congenital heart disease.
Given the dire financial circumstances faced by our family, we earnestly request assistance in securing funding or resources to cover the cost of his medical treatment. Every effort will be made to ensure that our daughter receives the specialized care he urgently needs to overcome the challenges associated with his complex congenital heart disease.
As the amount required is huge, (Rs. 2,50,000) I request you to kindly contribute towards the treatment and help during this time of need. Each contribution is important!
