FAMILY DETAILS – Mr.Gautam Rajput (Father of Baby) is an asthma patient but works as a private driver to manage daily living. His wife Mrs. Pushpa Rajput works as a supporting hand to her husband as a sales-girl in a small sari shop. Their monthly income is Rs 5000/- and has a 6 member family for daily livelihood. As their financial condition is not sound & corona pandemic worsened their status so managing their daughter’s treatment cost is impossible to them.

PATIENT DETAILS –Baby Yukti Rajput is a Female Child admitted in Care Hospitals at Hyderabad under the care of Dr. Tapan K. Dash. She is diagnosed with a Congenital Heart Disease. The baby needs to undergo with Redosternotomy + BDG for her treatment including with ICU Stay. The baby’s family is in desperate need of funds and have approached Nanhi Pari Foundation with great hope. We can come together and save an innocent life. So requesting you to please come forward with a supporting hand and help this girl child as she is in emergency medical need.
