FAMILY DETAILS – Mr. Raju Pate (Father of Baby Tanvi) is a struggling farmer with a very low income of Rs 5,000 per month ( at times even less than Rs 5k, being a farmer income is not fixed). His wife Mrs. Riya is a home-maker. They are a lower-poor class 6 member family for livelihood. Their life changed when his daughter’s health started deteriorating with severe visible physical changes in her body( eyes turning red, body turning blue and blood turning black). Due to bad economic condition they are unable to manage their daughter’s medical treatment expense.

PATIENT DETAILS –Baby Tanvi Pate is 11 Years Old Girl Child suffering from Congenital Heart Disease. She is under the care of Dr. Jayashree Mishra at Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital in Parel. She is suggested to undergo for AV malformation device closure (Vascular Plug) – Cath Procedure which is planned on 7th July, 2022 As the medical treatment amount is huge and time is less Baby Tanvi’s parents are struggling to arrange finance for her treatment. They have come to Nanhi Pari Foundation with great hope. We can’t help everyone but everyone can come together and help someone. So on behalf of Baby Tanvi’s parents with great hope we humbly requests you to please come forward with a supporting hand and help in this noble cause as she is in emergency medical need.
