FAMILY DETAIL: Mr. Balbhim Jadhav (Father of Baby Shravani) is a struggling famer. His wife is a home-maker. They are a family of 6 members for daily livelihood. He hardly earns Rs 3,000/- per month and has an entire family to manage. As he is the only sole-earner in the family managing daily expenses and his daughter’s medical treatment cost is impossible to them.

Total Estimated Cost is Rs 3,00,000/-

PATIENT DETAIL: Baby Shravani Jadhav is a 10 Years Old Girl Child admitted in Apollo Hospital at Navi Mumbai for her heart ailment. She is diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease and requires an emergency surgery. We humbly request you to please come forward with a helping hand and save this innocent girl’s life. The baby’s family is trying all possible to means to collect funds for her surgery. The have approached to Nanhi Pari Foundation with great hope. So, we humbly request you to please come forward and help us in saving their baby.

Baby has recovered well and is in healthy condition.

Now she has been discharged from the hospital.

This was all possible because of the love and support you have shown for this baby.
