FAMILY DETAIL– Mr. Mushtaque Sayyed (Father of Baby) used to work as a sales executive but due to his daughter’s hospital up down he have to leave his job and currently jobless. His wife Mrs. Yasmeen is a home-maker. They are a 6 member family and he is the only earning member to manage daily livelihood. As their economic condition is not good managing his daughter’s medical treatment is impossible for him.

PATIENT DETAIL– Baby Sania Sayyed is 5 Years Old Female Child admitted in Saifee Hospital in Churni Road for her treatment. The baby is a case of Bilateral VVR (the urine is flowing in the wrong direction). The baby needs to undergo Bilateral Ureteric Reimplantation. They need to arrange surgery fund at the earliest as possible. We can’t help everyone but as humanity everyone come together and help someone. The baby’s father is struggling financially to arrange finance for medical treatment. So, we request you to please come forward to save his daughter’s life as she is in an emergency medical need.
