FAMILY DETAILS – Mr. Sachin Lokhande (Father of Baby Samruddhi) works as a fund collector in his village. He hardly earns Rs 6000/- monthly. His wife is a home-maker. They are a family of 6 members for livelihood. As the financial condition of her father is not good enough managing his daughter’s treatment and daily expenses is very difficult for him. As the medical cost is huge he cannot afford his daughter’s treatment.

PATIENT DETAILS – Baby Samruddhi Lokhande is 12 Years Old Girl Child admitted in Balaji Heart Hospital at Byculla for her heart ailment under the care of Dr. Sanjay Khandare. She is diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease and needs to undergo VSD Device Closure.

We kindly request you to please come forward with a supporting hand in this noble deed and save this innocent’s life.

The baby’s family is struggling financially and the surgery needs to be done at the earliest as possible. Now they are unable to pay for her treatment. So, we request you to please save his daughter’s life as she is in emergency medical need.
