FAMILY DETAILS – Mr. Ganesh More (Father of Baby) is a struggling farmer. His wife is a home-maker. His income is not fixed; hardly he manages to makes Rs 5000 /- monthly. They are a family of 3 members. Mr. More is the only earning member in the family to manage the livelihood . As their economic condition is very poor they are unable to manage their daughter’s treatment.
PATIENT DETAILS –Baby Sanskruti More is 2 Years Old Female Child admitted in Balaji Heart Hospital & Diagnostic Centre (Byculla). She is diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease (the baby has 2 holes in her heart) due to which she is unable to breath. She is suggested to undergo ICR of VSD Closure with Flap valve Closure Fenestrated Closure of ASD. The surgery needs to be done at the earliest as possible. We can’t help everyone but as humanity everyone come together and we can help someone. The baby’s father is struggling financially to arrange finance for her medical treatment. The parents have approached Nanhi Pari Foundation with great hope. As the medical treatment amount is huge we humbly request you to please come forward with a helping hand and save this innocent’s life as she is in an emergency medical need.
