Dear friends,

I reach out to you as a mother and a human being in desperate need of support. My name is Poonam Jain, and I stand before you today with a plea for help for my beloved newborn daughter.

On December 24, 2024, my world changed when my precious baby girl arrived prematurely after the seventeen years of marriage with the help of IVF, fighting for her first breath. Born into this world far too early, my little one has since been battling against the odds in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Surya Hospital in Santacruz, Mumbai. Her journey is filled with pain and uncertainty since her entry into the world.

Premature delivery, a cruel twist of fate, has rendered my innocent child vulnerable to a myriad of health complications from the very moment he entered this world. Since then, every beat of her fragile heart has been a testament to her strength and resilience. But despite the unwavering dedication of the doctors at Surya Hospital, the financial burden has become an insurmountable obstacle in our path to her recovery.

The cost of his treatment until is approx. INR 12,50,000, has already drained our resources. With only one earning member, we have exhausted every avenue, and borrowed what little we could to keep the flame of hope flickering. Yet, despite our tireless efforts, we find ourselves falling short of INR11,50,000 needed to sustain her critical care.

With all our savings exhausted and our daughter requiring further medical care, our only option has been to turn to you for financial help. Your contribution could mean the difference between life and death for my newborn daughter.

She has been discharged from the hospital.

Update 7/2/2025
Dear Supporters,

This is to inform you that Baby of Mrs. Poonam Jain is still in the hospital and on room air, tube feeding.

The current weight of the baby is 1.512 kg and will require more two weeks of hospital stay.

The current weight of the baby is 1.438 kg and will require more three weeks of hospital stay.
