FAMILY DETAILS – Mr. Sheldon (Father of twins) works in a plastic molding company with a fixed salary of Rs 18000/- monthly. His wife is a home-maker. Their life changed when a month back the wife delivered Premature Twins 1 Male and 1 Female Child. The Male Twin Baby was discharged but due to the severe complications Female Twin Baby is still in the hospital and in critical condition. As the amount is huge they cannot afford the treatment. Managing the treatment cost is impossible to them.

PATIENT DETAILS –Twin 1 Baby Of Mrs. Justina is just 1 Month Old Female Child suffering from Extreme Preterm. The baby is admitted to Fathima Children Hospital & Critical Care at Jogeshwari. She needs NICU Care, IV antibiotics, IV Fluids, CPAP, Surfactant, Phototherapt due to extreme low weight. We humbly request you to please come forward with a supporting hand to save these innocent’s life. The baby’s family is struggling financially and had spent a lot of money for her treatment. Now they have exhausted with all their savings and is unable to pay. So, we request you to please save his Twin 1 Female child’s life as she is in emergency medical need.
