Baby of Mrs. Farmeen

Story

Baby of Mrs. Fareen (11 Days Old Female Child)

FAMILY DETAILS –Mr. Fareen works in a private sector job and is the sole earner of the family. His wife, Mrs. Fareen, is a homemaker. Together they are supporting their family with very limited resources. Unfortunately, their life turned upside down when their newborn baby girl, born prematurely at just 32 weeks of pregnancy with a very low birth weight of 1150 grams, had to be rushed into the NICU for intensive care.

The father’s modest income is barely sufficient to manage daily household expenses, making it impossible for the family to afford the heavy medical costs.

Total Estimated Cost is Rs 4,00,000/-

PATIENT DETAILS –The 15-day-old baby girl is admitted at Horizon Prime Hospital, Thane, under the care of Dr. Kiran More (Consultant Neonatologist).
Immediately after birth, the baby developed severe respiratory distress requiring oxygen support. She also suffered from left-sided pneumothorax (collapsed lung) and is currently on NICU care with antibiotics for sepsis, a life-threatening infection in premature infants. The baby also struggles with feeding intolerance and is under continuous monitoring for weight gain and growth.

Doctors have advised that the baby will require 3–4 more weeks of NICU stay with continuous monitoring, medicines, and medical support.

Due to their poor financial background, the family is unable to bear the huge medical expenses. The parents have approached Nanhi Pari Foundation with hope to save their newborn daughter’s life.

Your timely contribution can help save this innocent baby and give her a healthy future.
