FAMILY DETAILS – Mr. Yogesh Shirsath (Father of Baby) works as a local plumber under a builder with a fixed salary of Rs 15,000/- per month. His wife is a home-maker. He is the only sole-earner in his family and has a 5 member family for daily livelihood. As the financial condition of the family is not good managing the treatment cost of the baby is impossible to them.
PATIENT DETAILS –Baby Of Mrs. Devyani is a 45 Days Old Male Child admitted in PMR’S Ace Children’s Hospital at Dombivli. The baby is a case of Extreme Preterm with a low birth-weight of just 1000 grams (during the time of delivery). Currently the child is under the care of Dr. Ulhas Kolhatkar and in a critical condition. The baby’s family is struggling financially and had spent a lot of money for his treatment. As they have exhausted with all their financial resources now they are unable to pay for his medical treatment. The baby’s parents have approached to Nanhi Pari Foundation with great hope. Your small
