This is Azra Ansari from Malegaon, Maharashtra. Here I am raising the fund for my 1 year old daughter. He affected one type of congenital heart defect (AP Window).
Aortopulmonary window (AP window) is a very rare congenital cardiac defect causing a communication between the aorta and pulmonary artery.
Since she was advised for AP WINDOW REPAIR. The total estimates for this surgery is around 1,85,000 rupees. Basically we are poor financial background. We need to arrange the total amount As Soon As Possible. So kindly do financial support for her treatment as well as new life.

Baby of Mrs. Azra Ansari is just 1-year-Old girl is a case of Congenital Heart Defect called AP Window by birth. After birth the patient was having bit of discomfort and weakness, as a result of which her parents consulted with Dr. at Malegaon. Through RBSK Dr Bela Nerkar, this patient refer to Pediatric Cardiac Dept. Fortis Hospital Mumbai and child confirm with heart defect and suggested for immediate treatment (AP Window Repair)
