FAMILY DETAILS – Mr. Kasukurthy Sreekanth (Father of Baby) is working as a supervisor, private job. Currently due to the corona pandemic his income reduced gradually and hardly he earns. His Wife Danyasi Meena is a home-maker. Their economic condition is not sound enough & managing her daughter’s treatment cost is impossible.

PATIENT DETAILS – Baby – This 1 month Old Female Child is going to be admitted at Care Hospitals, Hyderabad. Surgery is panned on 15th January, 2022.
We humbly requests you to please come forward and support this 1 month old baby. This Baby is a case of Congenital Heart Disease, Baby requires an Open Heart Surgery.
They had spent a lot of money for the treatment of the child. Now they are unable to pay the treatment of the child. So, we request you please save his daughter’s life as she is in emergency need.
