FAMILY DETAIL: Mrs. Radha Samage (Mother of Baby Komal) is a single-mother. They are a family of 6 members for daily livelihood. Mrs. Radha works as a daily wage laborer in a farm to manage daily expenses. She hardly earns Rs. 3000/- monthly. As Mrs. Radha is the only sole-earner in her family managing daily expenses and her daughter’s medical treatment cost is impossible for her.
PATIENT DETAIL: Baby Komal Samage is a 14 Years Old Girl Child admitted in Apollo Hospital at Navi Mumbai for her heart ailment. She is diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease and requires an emergency surgery. We humbly request you to please come forward with a helping hand and save this innocent girls life. The baby’s family is not financially stable and is struggling to collect the treatment amount. So, we request you to please save his daughter’s life as she is in an emergency medical need.
