FAMILY DETAILS – Mr. Shahrukh Khan (Father of Baby) is working as a Telecaller in Jio Mart and his wife is a home-maker. His monthly remuneration is Rs 18000/-. They are a lower-middle class family with 6 family members. Their economic condition is not sound. As the income is low managing both daily expenses and his daughter’s medical treatment cost is very difficult for him.
PATIENT DETAILS – Baby Of Mrs Afiya Khan is just 6 Days Old Female Child admitted in Fathima Children Hospital & Criticare Centre. She is diagnosed with Severe Lung Infection and requires IV antibiotics, IV Fluids, Ventilator, Phototherapy with NICU Care. We humbly request you to please come forward and support this 6 days old girl child. As the amount is huge enough the baby’s family is struggling to arrange the finances for her medical treatment. They are unable to pay for her treatment. The baby’s parents have approached us with great hope and your small contribution can save this girl child’s life. So, we request you to please save his daughter’s life as she is in emergency medical need.
