FAMILY DETAIL– Mr. Krishna Pote (Father of Baby Rani) is a lower middle-class daily wage laborer in farm. He manages to earn Rs 6,000/- monthly which goes in daily bread and butter. They are a 5-member family and his wife Mrs. Anjana Pote is a home-maker. As he is the only whole and sole earner in his family managing both daily expense and his daughter’s medical treatment cost is very difficult for him.

PATIENT DETAILS –Baby Rani Pote is a 9 Year Old Girl Child suffering from Congenital Heart Disease. She is being treated in Balaji Heart Hospital at Byculla under the care of Dr. Sanjay Khandare. She needs to undergo ICR of ASD Closure.
