FAMILY DETAIL: Mr. Babasaheb Waydande (Father of Gayatri) is a daily wages labour. His wife Mrs. Savita Waydande is a house wife. There are 5 members in his family and he is the only earning member to manage daily livelihood with an income of approximately Rs 6,000/- per month. As their economic condition is not stable managing his daughter’s medical treatment cost is impossible for him.

PATIENT DETAIL: Miss Gayatri Waydande is 15 years Old Girl admitted in Sir J.J. Hospital, Byculla under the care of Dr. Avinash A. Gutte. This girl is suffering from Aortoarteritis Right CCA Pseudoaneurysm, Left CCA Occlusion & Left Subclavian Pseudoaneurysm with VA Origin Stenosis. She has been advised to undergo Angioplasty for as part of Interventional Radiology treatment. This is life threatening condition & needs treatment urgently.
