FAMILY DETAIL: Mohammad Farooq (Father of Miss Farheen) is a local small shop-keeper. His wife Mrs. Fouziya is a home-maker. They are a family of 4 members for livelihood. He is the only earning member in the family with hardly an income of Rs 8,000/- monthly. As the financial condition of her father is not good, managing his daughter’s treatment cost is impossible.

PATIENT DETAIL: Miss Farheen Shaikh is a 16 Years Old Girl Child admitted in Juhu Eye Centre Hospital at Juhu, Mumbai . She is diagnosed with High Myopia. She is in the care of Dr. Shamin Karbhari. And needs an urgent IPCL surgery. After the IPCL surgery she will need to again undergo Squint Surgery with a gap of 6 months.

The baby’s father is a local small shop-keeper who have approached Nanhi Pari Foundation with great hope. We can’t help everyone but everyone can come together and help someone. So we humbly requests you to please come forward with a supporting hand and save this innocent’s life as she is in emergency medical need.
